Question for Professor McNeece

Questions for interview with Professor McNeece

1.       So how long have you been a sociologist?
2.       Are there any proud accomplishments that you’d like to put out there?
3.       As a person outside of the classroom, do you notice the use of Smartphones in the hands of young individuals (ages 8-18)?
4.       Now 3# as a professor…
5.       Is it getting worse?
6.       Now as a person outside of the class room, do you think youngsters are more engaged in society?
7.       Now as a professor; are students more engaged in class or the university in general in your opinion?
8.       The question is “Could the use of smartphones in the hands of America's adolescents regress basic face-to-face socialization?” What is your take on this?
9.       Do you personally think that our growing adults are becoming slightly socially awkward due to technology? Is there another reason? Or are they just conflicting with their previous generation in speech?

10.   Would this use of Smartphones end up being detrimental to society? Should we resort to an alteration in the use of Smartphones and how so?
